Main Street Settlements, Inc. was founded in 1996 to provide settlement services on an individual level. John Ferguson, a licensed Maryland attorney, had a vision of a company that would review a real estate settlement through the eyes of buyers and sellers and treat the transaction with the same sense of importance as buyers and sellers do.
