The Story of Main Street
In 1996, after working for attorneys and settlement companies, John Ferguson decided it was time that he struck out on his own. His idea was not to start an assembly line to conduct as many impersonal settlements as he could. His vision was to stay small in order to give each settlement individualized attention. By viewing every contract and every file, he could identify potential issues or problems and quickly deal with them before they could jeopardize settlement. After 30 plus years and thousands of settlements, John and his staff carry out that vision every day.
